 互相尊重

人与人之间交往一定要互相尊重,这是非常重要的第一。如果你仗着自己有背景,有权势就不给人好脸色看,或者语出伤人。这些都只会给你自己带来麻烦,只有给予对方尊重才有沟通。如果对方不尊重你时,你也要适当的请求对方的尊重,否则很难沟通。既然互相尊重了,那么自然也就不会再过多的挑剔,所谓人不犯我我不犯人,说是就是这个道理,接人待物也好,还是电话与沟通也好,只有尊重才能是做好沟通最快的关键。

 做人要坦白

坦白的讲出内心的感受和想法,是一个做为职场人最重要的第二点。不要面对问题总是支支吾吾吐不出一个字,这样的人会让上司感到反感。如果你做错了事情,那么就要坦白的说出来,并附上一句真诚的道歉。在职场上打死不认错是大忌,一旦被发现你隐瞒真相,那么你的人品将会被大打折扣。在讨论问题上,不需要拐弯抹角,因为这是为了大家的利益以及公司利益着想,就算两个人之间曾经有过摩擦,但在利益面前,可以适当先放下,过后再进行坦白说清楚原因。

 谨防祸从口出

虽然说直来直往没有错,但在职场中是非常忌讳此类的直言。祸从口出,相信看宫廷勾心斗角的网友们一定也相信在职场中也不缺乏这类的问题。如果说了不该说的话,往往需要花费很大的代价去弥补,正是所谓的“一言既出,驷马难追”、“病从口入,祸从口出”,有的甚至还可能造成无可弥补的终生遗憾!所以沟通不能够信口雌黄、口无遮拦,但是完全不说话,有时侯也会变得更恶劣。
