　　heading信头：发信人地址，电话，email等联系方式。

　　inside addresss信内地址。收信人姓名，头衔，公司名称，地址。

　　salution称呼。信内地址下面，空两行。

　　body of letter 正文

　　complimentary close结束语。正文下面两行，从信纸中间写起。

　　signature签名

　　enclosure附件( 简历 或证明材料)

　　具体格式见下面的示例：
